Thank you to all of the gymnasts, judges, meet officials, volunteers, and families for attending the 2010 Men’s Region IV Gymnastics Championships. Your dedication to the sport and to your gymnasts helped make this an exciting meet.

The 2010 Men’s Region IV Junior Olympic Gymnastics Championships will occur on April 9th, 10th, and 11th, 2010, at the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
When making hotel reservations, please, be sure to specify that you’re here for the gymnastics championships. All hotel blocks will be dropped on March 8, 2010. This is a very busy weekend with numerous activities happening, hotels will be at a high demand. Please make sure that you have your hotels booked early.
Tee Shirt orders are due by Wednesday March 24th, 2010. The Tee’s will be pre-sold only. Distribution of the tee’s will be given to the coaches.
Good Luck Pages are also due by March 27th, 2010. Look under the Good Luck pages for specifics.
In the “Useful Links” , at the side of the page, there is information from the Greater Grand Forks Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, as well as, Red River Valley Gymnastics, Inc., and the Ralph Engelstad Arena.
As information is provided and/or updated we will post on this site so that the most accurate information is available to all.
Currently we have information on the facility, tee shirts, tickets, hotels, and coaches information.
